2015 will mark our 19th year producing and showing Haflingers.  Typically we produce two babies per year.  We handle our horses extensively from birth onward.  We start with balanced imprinting at birth, begin tying at a few days, twice a day, every day through to three years of age.  The babies are clipped before weaning to be ready for the show season.  From that first trip off the farm to the show ring as babies, through to their start in harness at a late two and under saddle at three, our horses are exposed to about anything that could be imagined and sometimes things beyond imagination.

Many customers have told us the horses they bought from us will never leave their farm.

Now working at Hickory Lane Haflingers:

Mannachmore HLH
(Alomar RVM x Macallan of HLH)
AHR 32327-12

Really nice coming three year old.  Both Sire and Dam are AHR Classified silver.  Big athletic mare 58 3/4" wither, 58" hind.  Nice uphill, upheaded mare.  If you are looking for a head turner here you go.  Nice Arab head, loads of curls, she is stunning.  We would like to see Em go to someone who will show her and realize her potential.

Em is currently under groundwork.  Like all HLH horses she was well imprinted at birth, is handled and tied twice a day, every day, shown in halter extensively, bathes, body clipped, trailered, farrier, etc.  She has done and been exposed to all the things needed to show and be out in the crowd.

Check out her dam and sire classification scores on the AHR site.  She has Macy's sweet disposition and a bit of that awesome neck...

Auchentoshan HLH
(Abendruf HOF x Macallan of HLH)
AHR 32667-13

Coming two year old stud colt.  He was the only foal we produced last year.  He had the run of the farm.  Well socialized, handled alot.  Glistening
copper coat, nice movement, flashy colt.  Loaded pedigree.  Herd sire or show prospect, or both.
